BDS Machines Private Limited is a distribution company of  Magnetic drilling machines, Annular cutters (drill bits) and Plate beveling machines in PAN India. BDS is looking for hiring Sales & Service Executive or Sales & Service Engineers or Sales & Service Manager.

For locations: Raigarh, Raipur, Bhilai, Jaipur, Ahmedabad, Surat, Jamnagar, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Cochin, Bhubaneswar and Kolkata.

Skills:

  1. Should possess good knowledge and experience of Sales and Service of Industrial products.
  2. Should belong to industries like fabrication, power tools, welding machines, metal cutting machines, metal drilling machines, cutting tools, machines tools, etc.
  3. Should have experience in repairing of any of the machines like power tools, welding machines, metal cutting machines, or metal drilling machines, etc.
  4. Should have experience of sales.
  5. Should be willing to travel.
  6. Managing a network of dealers and industrial customers.
  7. To meet sales target and keep tracks of the targets on quarterly basis.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers via meetings/ personal visits, telephone.
  9. Candidate should provide professional and effective services to meet customer expectations.
  10. Client retention and client servicing and reviving lost inactive or lost accounts.
  11. Should provide on site repair service for our machines to customers.
  12. Should train the dealers for repairing the machines.

Salary:TA, DA, Mobile Bills, Hotel Bills, Fuel Cost will be paid by the company.

All BDS products are made in Germany and are served to companies like Pre-engineered buildings, Fabrication company, Heavy engineering company, Shipbuilding industries, Railway industries, Boiler manufacturers, etc.
BDS products are imported in India from our German company and distributed PAN India directly and via professional dealer network. BDS has its own warehouse and big sales team in India.
Job Description

As a sales engineer, you’ll combine technical knowledge with sales skills. The balance depends on the level of technical knowledge and understanding you’ll need to sell the product you’re offering and to respond to clients’ queries.

  • Searching for new clients who could benefit from your products in a designated region
  • Travelling to visit potential clients
  • Performing daily minimum two to three demonstrations of products at end-user customer.
  • Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
  • Managing and interpreting customer requirements
  • Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs
  • Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions
  • Offering after-sales support services
